Jan’s grandparents came to America from Udine, Italy. Settling in Buffalo, New York, they opened and ran an Italian restaurant. “Nonna” Bianchi instilled in Jan a passion for life, food and family.
Mark, who hails from Atlanta, has always had a love for all things Italian, which is evident in the warm, welcoming atmosphere and Bianca’s uncompromising food and service.
Be prepared to have your appetite sated with unbelievable Italian cuisine, including southern tomato-based classics and northern dishes rich in butter and cream. Our Chef’s use only the freshest ingredients to guarantee a delicious meal prepared just for you.
